Alexander Wang Brenda bag (available in leopard here),
Michael Kors tortoiseshell watch,
Vintage tortoiseshell bracelet,
I. N. C sandals.
I have to say, a few days ago I was on the fence about the whole pajama trend in fashion. What really got to me was when people would wear the top + pants together. In public. It just felt really lazy, not to mention sloppy. Sure, Micol and I are game for a few lingerie-inspired separates worn out here and there, but a full set of PJs in public?! I was sure everyone had gone too far.
Until, that is, I tried on these pants.
If there was a matching top in the same silky-soft fabric and tribal pattern, I'd probably go against my better judgement and rock the set out together. And Micol, in turn, would have probably refused to shoot my outfit or even hang out with me. Luckily, only the pants exist. And for that, I am thankful.

these pants are the bomb! love the brilliant red!
ReplyDeletewww.Tinacious.Me
haha, I'm quite sceptical about this trend as well, and I'm happy you only found pants ;)
ReplyDeletereally love the top though!
These pants are awesome!!! And with the lace open back top perfection! It's like sexy sleepwear that you can wear outside!

Love the vivid red of the pants, such a great contrast to the cream top! The lace and back detail of the top is lovely! xxx

I feel the same way... the pajama trend has gone a bit too far with the matching tops. But I'm totally on board with pants like yours. They're gorgeous! And they looks incredibly comfortable.

haha yea, i'm on the fence about the pjs too. i think i'm just not into the whole silky look. but these pants are gorgeous! especially paired with that doily top. you look super cute- and love the one with you sticking out your tongue haha
ReplyDeleteYes you I feel the same way about pajama trend, but I wouldn't mind trying a pair of trousers like the one you are wearing. But the way, they really suit you.
ReplyDeleteThe top on the other hand, with that back, is quite a piece. I would gladly purchase one.
Super! Zadin ♥♥♥
I want to try the pj pants trend but fear that I wont be able to pull it off as you did! Love the print, at least it doesn't look like my husband stripe pj pants LOL! I tell you what, I'll try in the fitting room and see if I can handle it first :)
ReplyDeleteCome see my latest blog post:

Two things: the printed pajama pant is fierce and the back of the lace top is pretty fly too!

Love these pants! Probably good that the top doesn't exist, as you mentioned, because while it would've been tempting to rock the whole ensemble, I am having a hard time picturing that. They look great with the lace top though!
ReplyDeleteSea and Swank
love the pattern and texture mixing here. so great!

These are killer pajama pants! I have seen some out there that are just messy looking. These look like a gorgeous silk trouser...love the vivid colors and the black waistband. You styled them perfectly with the open back lace top!
