6 Shoreroad Coast Smock-Side One-Piece Swimsuit
Last week I left NYC behind and took a late night flight to San Francisco to visit my brother for the long weekend. SF is one of my favorite cities and at some point when I leave NYC for good it'll be for the foggy, hilly, northwest coast. With some strategic planning (Sept/Oct is still summer in SF) I lucked out and spent four days frolicking in perfect warm and sunny temps; we even biked to Baker Beach for the day and I froze the bottom half of my legs off in the Pacific Ocean. This being October, I wasn't exactly beach-body prepared but luckily I had packed my first ever one piece swimsuit and had so much fun running up and down the beach that I didn't care my diet has lately consisted of mostly pasta and wine.
I also had the chance to get a lot of use out of two new purchases - yes, I finally broke down and bought Rag & Bone ankle boots. Listen, there is a reason why everyone has these, they are so comfortable and you can swing them with anything. My other new best friend is the PS 11 bag I wore every single day... except to the beach, I had to draw a line somewhere. Heads up, expect to see a lot more of these guys!
