Shirting & Shortalls

5.16.2014

Equipment Brett printed blouse (sample), Frayed shortalls c/o Wet Seal, Free People boater hat, Alexander Wang platform sandals (similar here). Shot by Scott Harris Brasher.

Another Friday, another crazy weekend ahead! It's been an insanely busy week as well, and sadly I haven't had a chance to shoot a lot of content. So instead of the usual street style post, I'll leave you with some of my favorite pics from my shoot last month with Scott Brasher. I was actually putting on my shoes in the bathroom of the studio in which we were shooting, when he walked by and casually commented that the setting would be the perfect environment to capture the look. I must admit, I was a little skeptical at first, but I really love the pics and how the tiling almost mimics the shirt's print. This contrast-sleeve Equipment blouse is so amazing that I decided to keep it the focus of the look, pairing it with some (super-short) shortalls and minimalist Wang heels for an effortlessly fun outfit. I've since been on the hunt for another pair of shortalls to add to my wardrobe, though perhaps this time I'll buy a looser (and longer) fit, as these are definitely NSFW!
