This week feels like it's been going by so slowly, which is probably just because I'm anxiously looking forward to the long weekend ahead. I'll be heading to New Hampshire with Isaac tomorrow afternoon, and can't wait to be surrounded by nature and fresh air! As you can tell from these photos, things around our apartment in Brooklyn are noticeably getting more green and lush, but it's always nice to slow down and escape the fast pace of this concrete jungle.
Speaking of jungle, I've long been obsessed with this animal-print tank I bought from nearby boutique La Di Da Dee. It's the perfect splash of pattern without being too over-the-top, and I love the way it looks here combined with this intricate laced skirt. Lesson learned? Never be afraid to try pairing different textures and patterns: you might be pleasantly surprised with the result!
