TIP 1: AMP UP YOUR ACCESSORIES
Transition your favorite summer wardrobe staples into Fall by stocking up on cute cold-weather accessories. I'm a huge fan of over-the-knee socks, felt fedoras, and loose beanies, so I can wear my favorite denim cutoffs a few months longer.

TIP 2: GET LIPPY
Fall is the perfect time to change up your makeup look! Experiment with new colors to transition into your most beautiful season yet. I love lipstick because it's so affordable but can completely change your look. One of my favorite brands? NYX. You can get them for so cheap online or at Target, they have about a million colors to choose from, and they stay on your lips forever. Try out their darker hues for Fall like Berry, Plum and Crimson shades.

TIP 3: KEEP ON SPINNING
Fall's cooling temps make it the perfect season to bike to work. I also love organizing bike excursions with my girlfriends on the weekend, even if it's just to brunch or to a local park for a picnic before the weather gets too cold. For those in NYC without a bike, you've got no excuse: there's always Citibike!
TIP 4: ADD A LITTLE SPRITZ TO YOUR STEP
Refresh after a bike ride or a long day at the office with a healthy and refreshing fruit spritzer. My boyfriend and I played around with muddling Crystal Light with some fresh berries and herbs, arriving at the tasty recipe below. It's way better for you than sodas or fruit juices, and is super easy to make (plus if you're over 21 it tastes great with a little rum as well).
Minty Blackberry Lemonade Spritzer
- 1 Crystal Light liquid drink mix in Blackberry Lemonade
- 1 bottle soda water
- 1 lime
- 1 mint bunch
- 1 handful of blackberries
- MUDDLE blackberries with a splash of soda water.
- ADD club soda, mint; stir.
- ADD one squeeze of drink mix and juice from half a lime; stir.
- SERVE over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with lime slices.
- MUDDLE 2oz white rum with blackberries in step one above.
