The time is now to make our voices heard.

Last weekend, I made the drive from NYC to DC with some girlfriends to join the Women's March on Washington and protest the incoming administration's values and agenda. The fact that Trump is now our president still feels like a dream... and while it's one we likely won't be waking up from any time soon, if there's one thing that participating in the march taught me it's that all hope is not lost.
I still believe that the majority of Americans, and people across the world, still believe in progress: in furthering the rights of all people, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexuality, age, or income.
The first few days of Trump's tenure have been discouraging, to say the least, but the progress of the past 100 years cannot be undone with the mere signing of a few papers. The time is NOW to react, however... so volunteer, donate, call, write, take action. We need to do anything and everything we can do to make our voices heard!
