What's July 4th weekend to me? It's all about soaking up those long weekend vibes. Escaping the humid streets of NYC and the stress that's waiting patiently behind for my return, and giving in entirely to the moment... the fresh air, the sea, wherever my travels might take me.
Even if I was to stay in the city it would be about finding those tiny portals that allow me to escape. A sun-drenched rooftop. A hotel pool. A patch of grass or sand somewhere I can just relax and LET GO.
So, wherever you're spending your holiday, I hope you're able to escape your everyday. Move the body, still the mind and enjoy some much-needed time to do you.
